(A) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years. (B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature (construction of building/Monument) of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) Lacs. (C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 80.00 (Eighty) Lacs in the last 5 (Five) years. (D) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 40.00 (Forty) Lacs, in case of Line of Credit, certificates must be submitted in the prescribed Form in PW2-(a) from any scheduled bank without any alteration, and otherwise tender will be considered as non-responsive. For Bank statement, it should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before the Submission date. (E)The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) Lacs.
(F)Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate. (G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
