1. The minimum specific experience in satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 8,00,000.00 (Eight lac) under a single contract over a period of last 3 years shall be required. Completion certificate issued only by Executive Engineer/equivalent or higher level officer from any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization will acceptable.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 40,00,000.00 (Fourty lac) over the last 3 years. Only payment certificate will consider for turnover calculation. Any work order, notification of award or contract agreement will not considerable as payment certificate.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10,00,000.00 (Ten lakh). Documentary evidence for liquid assets issued any scheduled Bank not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for tender submission.
4. Up to date Trade License, Tax Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate (with eBIN).
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk 8,00,000.00 (Eight lac).
6. Tender Submission letter, Tender Information form, Tender Capacity information, past performance information and ongoing contract information must be submitted on prescribe format.
