1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction/tube well installation works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Tube well installation works of at least in 02 contract(s) of similar nature complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk.36 lacs, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 36 lacs over the last 05 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 22 lacs (not before than 03/12/2015).
