This invitation for Tenders is open to all e-GP system registerd eligible Tenderers having :
a) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
c) Up-to-date trade license. d) Tenderer should be short listed under P.W.D. office circular dated 11/12/2001/SA-3/P-742/2002/1475. e) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 15(fifteen) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT I the e-GP System.) f) A satisfactory completion of similar works at least 5 (five) lac under a single contract over a period of last 5 (five) years shall be required (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.) g) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 15.00(fifteen) lac over the last 5 (five) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.). Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise payment certificate from the respective PE Office.
h) Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage more than 10 (ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected.
(i) PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 will be followed
