Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	(a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 10 years of general experience in construction works. (b) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of Building Construcion work of RCC frame structure value of at least Tk. 1000 Lac in a single tender in Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. In case of the work done under PWD the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD (c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover over last 5 (five) years of Tk. 1500 Lac. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP . (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the successful Tenderer shall be of Tk 300 Lac to be issued in Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit in the format as specified (Form e-PW3) (e) The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be of Tk. 1050 Lac . (f) The Tenderer shall submit updated income tax clearance certificate, Trade license, ABC category contractory and supervisory licence from Electricity Licencing Board. (g) All other terms and conditions are shown in the TDS
