1. Any individual(s)/firm(s) who have a valid ABC license for Electrical works and fulfill the qualification(s) criteria stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and other conditions of the Tender Document, are eligible to Participate in the Tender. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, with a value at least Tk 40.00 (Forty) Lacs (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in CPTU website), Relevant documents shall be submitted by the tenderers . 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 52.00 (Fifty Two) Lacs over the last five (05) years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 40.00 (Forty) Lac. 5. The minimum capacity shall be Tk 50.00 (Fifty)Lacs. 6. Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents: (a) Bank Solvency Certificate in favour of their financial status. (b) Valid and up-to-date ABC Electrical Contractory & Supervisory Licence from Electrical Licensing Board Govt of Bangladesh. (c) Copy of up-to-date Trade Licence. (d) Certified copy of TIN with up-to-date Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
7. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected. 8. Joint Venture, Consortium or Associations (JVCA) is not acceptable for this Tender.
