Eligibility of Tenderer :	(i) A1/A2 License renewed up to 2017-2018 Fy. (ii) NID Certificate (iii) Valid Trade License (iv) Upto date Income tax clearance certificate (v) VAT registration certificate (vi) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 25.00 Lac. Only the balance of any day in between tender publishing date to tender receiving date (as per Tender Notice) as Bank balance supported by Bank statement will be taken in to account. (vii) The amount of the Tender Security shall be Taka 2,60,000.00 in the form of Pay order/Bank Draft from any Schedule Bank of Bangladesh in favor of Executive Engineer, Dhaka Zone, Education Engineering Department. (viii) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 70.00 Lac for Construction, Sanitary & Electrical works under a Single contract over a period of Last 5 years shall be required. (ix) The required average annual construction turnover shall be equal or greater than Tk. 60.00 Lac over the last 5 years.
