Eligibility of Tenderer :	As per Tender Data Sheet (TDS) N:B: The tenderer must follow the following instruction before submitting the tender. 1.The certificates submitted by the tenderer in proof of Specific Experience / AACT must be as per the standard format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section. A tenderer failing to submit that will be considered as “Non-responsive” during evaluation. 2.The tenderer should not submit any certificate multiple time. Submitting certificates multiple time to manipulate AACT calculation will be treated as fraudulent activity and will be treated non responsive during the evaluation process. 3.The tenderer must provide the summary of all the certificates as per the format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification section for the calculation of AACT . For JV agreement, all the partners must separately provide the summary of all the certificates. 4. The data/information submitted by the tenderer in proof of Tender Capacity must be as per the standard format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section
