Average Annual Construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10.50 (Ten point Five zero) lakhs over the last 3 (Three) years. 4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.3.00 Lakh (Three Lakh). For credit facilities, use the standard format "Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7)" which is uploaded in 'General Specifications' section. Any conditional Line of Credit or Other format for this will not be considered
