The minimum numbers of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years. 3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1(One) contract of Minimum 15 (Fifteen) Storied Building Construction i.e. contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 60.50/- Crores (Taka Sixty Crore Fifty Lac) only. 4. The required average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress of completed from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk. 57.10 Crores (Taka Fifty Seven Crores Ten Lac) over the last 5 years [ FY: 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18,2018-19 ] 5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk 21.00 Crores (Taka Twenty One Crores). (This will be given by the proper format) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets/ Working Capital/ Credit Facilities/ Letter of Commitment/ Credit Commitment of the Tenderer must be in favor of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Zila Parishad, Chattogram. Otherwise, the bidder would be Non-Responsive AND Tender Security must be also in favor of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Zila Parishad, Chattogram.
