a. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three (3) years of general experience in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor;
b. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works at least 1 (one) single contract in construction of buildings including sanitary works of total value of at least Tk. 12.50 lac only successfully completed under public sector within the last 10 (ten) years;
c. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 24.00 lac only in best three (3) years over the last 05 (Five) years;
d. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 12.00 lac only.
e. The Contractor should have valid update Trade License, should be financially solvent, Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter in to the contract and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Public Procurement Act 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules, 2008.
