| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
All Tenderers who are enlisted in e-GP and full filled the terms and conditions are required:
1. Valid Trade License, VAT Registration, Nationality Certificate.
2.Valid TIN Certificate and latest income Tax payment Certificate must be submitted with the tender documents.
3. Copy of valid Agency ship/Dealer ship certificate of PADMA/MEGHNA/JAMUNA Oil Company Ltd.
4. Original Bank solvency certificate that will be within 06 months from tender publication date and stating that the tenderer is capable of investing Tk.38,00,000/- (Thirty Eight Lac) at a time.
5. The tenderer must have minimum 01 Nos. 1,00,000-1,50,000 Liter capacity & 02 Nos.3,00,000-8,00,000 Liter capacity own Oil Tankar/Oil barge and 9,000 Liter capacity 02 Nos. Tank lorry.
6. DOS's approved & updated G.A. plan of Oil Tanker/Oil Barge.
7. Updated Registration & Survey certificate of Oil Tanker/Oil Barge issued by DOS.
8. Oil Tanker/Oil Barge, Berthing Permission at Paturia, Manikganj ussued by BIWTA.
9. Description of Equipments for the supply of HSD Oil from the Oil Tanker/Oil Barge/Tank lorry to BIWTC vessels at Paturia sector, Manikganj.
10. Certificate of The Tanker draft not exceeding the mark 6 feet.
11. The vessel which will be engaged in supply of fuel at BIWTC's vessels at Paturia sector that will be visited by TEC/TSC.
12. The Tenderer shall have to carry and supply HSD oil as per indent of Convener of fuel receiving committee, BIWTC, Paturia.
13. The carrying contractor has to capable of carrying and supply fuel at anytime and any situation according to the demand.
14. Successful Tenderer must be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee amount of 01 (One) Crore for additional security of fuel. After completion of contract the shall be return to the carrying contractor
