1 : The maximum number of arbitration against the tenderer / System integrator over a period of last five years is NILL (0).
2 (a) The tenderer / Manufacturer / System integrator shall have a minimum of five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services
2 (b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum one (1) contract shall be provided by the tenderer / System integrator in the last five years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of tender notice in the news paper.
2 ( c ) The minimum supply or production capacity of goods are 100 stations per year , shall be provided by the tenderer / Manufacturer / System integratorITT
3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT Fifteen (15) million , shall be provided by the tenderer / System integrator from a schedule bank.
4 The tenderer/ system integrator must submit the following additional documents. Any deviation in the following documents will lead to disqualification:
a) Updated trade license
b) Vat registration certificate
c) Manufacturer / system integrator’s authorization certificate
d) Updated ISO 9001: 2015
e) Updated ISO 14001:2015
f) Updated ISO 27001
g) Must have to integrate with existing Rainfall scada netwrok systems
h) All relevant brochures and catalogs.
