Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least one (01) number of similar contract completed during last 5 (five) years i.e, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website/newspaper: Similar nature of work means completion of Building Work valued Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh in a single Contract under Public fund. This is to be supported by work order/NOA and completion certificate. 2. The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be minimum Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years i,e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website/newspaper. Average annual Construction Turnover i,e total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector i,e Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies shall only be considered. Private works shall not be taken into account. In the case of Working Certificate/Performance Certificate/Payment Certificate, Name of works, Commencement date & Completion date should be mention/write down on the certificates. Otherwise certificate will be rejected. 3.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) Lakh. The liquid asset certificate issued before publication of IFT will not be considered for evaluation. 4. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 22.00 Lakh.
