All Tenderers in Bangladesh & registered in National e-GP Portal, who fulfils the following qualification criteria as well as other criteria mentioned in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document:- (a) The minimum number of years of General experience of the tenderer in the construction works as a prime contractor shall be 3 (three) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System). (b) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 5.00 lac under a single of contract over a period of 3 (three) years shall be required (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System). (c) Minimum Average annual construction turnover of Tk. 14.00 lac over the last 5 (five) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System). (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 7.00 Lac, 28 days preceding of the date of tender published in e-GP System and same amount shall remain until Contract Award. Credit facilities must contain this tender ID or name of work. Note: a. Up to date Authorization letter must be submitted mentioning this tender ID. b. Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise Payment Certificate from the respective PE’s or from the Income Tax Office.
