(ii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2.80 Lakh (Taka Two lakh eighty thousand) only over the last 3 (Three) years. (iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2.80 Lakh (Taka Two lakh eighty thousand) only.
