Only eligible tenderers with the following key qualifications may participate in this tender. (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderers in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor of management contractor shall be 03 years. (b) The minimum specific experience as prime contractor in construction works under public sector of at last 01 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully at least 70% completed within the last 10 years each with a value of at least Tk.8,10,00,000.00 (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal) [While earlier JV works experience is submitted as a specific experience by a firm and when JV works cannot be separated among the partners (i) A firms experience as a Lead partner will be considered 100% if the business share of the Lead partner not less than 40% otherwise experience will be considered as business share (ii) A firms experience as Other Partner/Partners will be considered as business share but not more than 50%] (c) The required average annual construction turnover i.e total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk.10,80,00,000.00 over the last 5 (Five) years (years counting backward from the date of publication IFT in the e-GP web portal) . (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.2,70,00,000.00 (Banking Statement/Credit facilities and Credit line(s) issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh not earlier than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.) (f) Bill of work will be made as per fund available only. (g) Deduction will be recovered material Amount TK. 14,40,487.00
