Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	A) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in building construction shall be 3 years. B) Having experience in satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 30 Lac under single contract in the last 3 years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication under any Government/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private Sector. i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. C) Average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 45 lac over the last 5 years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication. Best 3 years in the last 5 years will be considered for determining the average. Necessary supporting documents from the concerned authorities should be submitted. D) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 25 lac. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets or working capital substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh only in the format as specified by CPTU (Form PW3-7), without alteration, issued not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of tenders for this contract. Bank statement is not acceptable. E) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 35 Lac. F) Submit clear scanned copy of original Up-to-date valid Trade License, Income Tax clearance Certificate, VAT registration Certificate (BIN). Do not upload photocopy of any document. Do not upload any unnecessary document.
