Eligibility of Tenderer :	-Tenderer should have latest renewed valid Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate and Latest Income tax certificate. -Tenderers shall have minimum 5 years of general experience of Supply & Installation in the field of Information technology. -The tenderer shall have specific experience of at least 1 (One) successful completion record regarding contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Government autonomous / Corporate organization for supply, installation and Commissioning of Structured LAN equipment /Data Centre /It Services/ Active Network, having minimum contract value of BDT. 60,00,000/-(Sixty Lac)) taka in the last five years under a single Contract. Evidence documents must be submitted. -Supplier must have at least five qualified network engineers having minimum 3 (three) years working experience in related field (CV shall be submitted). -Manufacturer’s Authorization Form (MAF) must be submitted for Items (CAT6 Cable, Switches and Access Point). -Tenderers from all countries except Israel are eligible. -The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 70,00,000.00 (Taka Seventy Lac). This should be supported by bank certificate which is issued not before six months from the date of tender opening.
