Eligibility of Tenderer :	-Tenderer should have latest renewed valid Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate and Latest Income tax assessment certificate. -Tenderers shall have minimum 5 years of general experience to Supply of Structured LAN equipment installation, testing, commissioning of Structured LAN Infrastructure. -The tenderer shall have specific experience of at least 1 (One) successful completion record regarding contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Government-Autonomous organization for supply, installation and commissioning of Structured LAN equipment, having minimum contract value of BDT. 45,00,000/-(Forty Five Lac) taka in the last five years under a single contract. Evidence documents must be submitted. -Supplier must have at least five qualified network engineers having minimum 3 (three) years working experience in related field (CV shall be submitted). -Manufacturer’s Authorization Form (MAF) must be submitted for Items (CAT6 Cable, Switches, UPS, Workstation PC) -Tenderers from all countries except Israel are eligible. -The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 50,00,000.00 (Taka Fifty Lac). This should be supported by bank certificate which is issued not before six months from the date of tender opening. Special Instruction [For marked figures only] Bidders participating in multiple Tenders among tender ID No. 395065,395066, 395067, 395068, 395069; must meet cumulative qualification criterion.
