a) Reputed construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in construction works and also have specific experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of similar work of Tk. 25.00 ( Twenty five) lakh in a single work order in last 5(five) years in Govt/Semi-Govt or Autonomous Organizations
b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 40 ( Forty) lakh, best 3 years in the last 5 years. Payment certificates to be attached.
c) The liquid assets/ credit facility/ cash fund not less than Tk. 30 ( Thrity) lakh. Bank document in support of liquid assets must be submitted. (In case of credit line, specific FORMAT (PW 2a-3/ePW 2a-3) to be used by the bank without altering/modifying any word/sentence and adding any condition). In all case issue date of bank document should be after Tender publication date.
d) Tender Security of Tk. 100,000.00 ( One lakh) to be issued in favour of Chief Engineer, SUST, Sylhet.
e) Experience certificate should have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/ equivalent officer of concerned organizations.
f) Minimum tender capacity is not less than Tk 35.00 (Thrity five) Lakh.
Conditions :
a) The tender will be non-responsive if total quoted value of tender is more than 10% less or more than 10% above than the official cost estimate.
