1. The maximum number of arbitration against the tenderer/ System
integrator over a period of last five years is NILL (0).
2. The tenderer / System integrator shall have a minimum of
Three (3) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related
services
3. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of
minimum one (1) contract shall be provided by the tenderer / System
integrator/ Manufacturer in the last five years with a value 1.5 core i.e. years counting
backward from the date of publication of tender notice in the news paper.
4. The minimum supply or production capacity of goods are 100
stations per year , shall be provided by the tenderer / Manufacturer /
System integrator
5. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or
credit facility of BDT twenty (20) million , shall be provided by the
tenderer/ system integrator from a schedule bank.
6. The tenderer/ system integrator must submit the following
additional documents. Any deviation in the following documents will lead to
disqualification:
a) Updated trade license
b) Vat registration certificate
c) Manufacturer / system integrator’s authorization certificate
d) Updated ISO 9001: 2015
e) Updated ISO 14001:2015
f) Updated ISO 27001
g) All relevant brochures and catalogs.
