Eligibility of Tenderer :	Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant: 1.To Submit e-Tender Only Electrical License renewed (upto FY. 2019-2020) enlistment category contractor of Public works Department under NETRAKONA Division only who are registered in the Nationale-GP System portal (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) will be eligible. 2.The minimum specific experience of at least 1(one) similar type work completed within the last last 2(Two) years. in a single contract in Government /Semi -Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, years counting backward form the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.. 3.The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over shall be Tk.6 (six) lakh during the last 2 (two) years. 4.The Tenderers shall have minimum Unconditional Liquid asset or cash flow/credit facilities shall be Tk.7 (seven) lacs. Document Submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. 5.Valid VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR. 6.Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate from the NBR. 7.2019-2020 Fiscal Year Trade License
