Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
(i) Up to date Valid Trade License;
(ii) In case of Limited Company, certificate of Incorporation;
(iii) Up to date Income Tax Certificate with TIN number;
(iv) Certificate of liquid assets on a date within selling Tender document & dropping date
Indicating the amount of liquid assets/Working Capital/ Credited facility;
(v) VAT Registration certificate;
(vi) Experience certificate mentioning the amount of supply in a single work order of similar
goods (supported by appropriate papers)
(vii) Printed Brochure/ Catalogue is required for the items(s) mentioned in section 7
(Technical Specification)
(viii) Authorization letter from Manufacturer (Where applicable)
(x) Warranty Certificate from Manufacture/ Dealer;
