This Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below.
a) Contactors/ Construction firms having general experience in construction works for minimum 05 years.
b) Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar RCC Construction work in Bangladesh under Government/semi Government /Autonomous Organization during last 05 years for minimum Tk. 35.00 Lac in a single tender. Last 05 years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT .
c) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over during last 05 years for Tk. 52.00 Lac. In support of average annual construction Turn over, payment certificates for contacts in progress or completed under public sector during last 05 years to be submitted along with the tender.
d) The Tenderer must have a Minimum Liquid Assets/Cash flow capacity/Credit facilities/Credit Line Tk 13.00 Lac Only and Must be Certified Within 28 Days up to The Last Date of Lodgment of The Tender. In case of line of credit it must be submitted at per prescribed format PW3-7. In case of liquid asset certificate & Bank statement must be submitted.
e) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 40.00 Lac Only. The data submitted by the tenderer in proof of Tender Capacity must be as per the standard format (Form-B) of Particular Specification Section (Section-8).
(f) Tenderer must have valid Trade license, Up to date TIN certificate, Up to date Income Tax certificate, Up to date VAT Registration. Authorization and NID.
