Eligibility of Tenderer :	1) The tenderer shall have similar Civil works experience of at least 3 years. 2) A satisfactory completion of similar Civil works or construction work order value of minimum Tk 2 lac under maximum 1 (one) contracts over a period of last 3 (three) years. 3) The average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1 lac in the last 3 (three) years. 4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1 lac. 5) The work shall have to be completed by 45 days. 6) The tenderer shall have working exprience in electrical sub-station.
