• Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 20 (twenty) years of general experience of tendering against construction works as contractor.
• Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) Number of building work/Minimum Specific experience of Similar Nature work of Tk. 3000.00 lac in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh During last 05 (five) years. Should have experience in successful completion of multistoried building construction, minimum 12 Storied building with basement floor.
• The Firm required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 4200.00 lac over the last 5 years.
• The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 3000.00 lac (This will be given by the proper format)
• Minimum Tender Capacity should be Tk. 3600.00 lac
• The tenderer must submit Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
• Up-to date ABC category contractor and supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
• Tenderers having Joint Venture are not allowed.
• The firm Must Required/Capable ready mixed concrete basin plant on site during construction period.
• The Provisions laid down in the “PPA & PPR-2008 including latest all amendment” and STD will be Followed.
