Eligibility of Tenderer :	(A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Construction works. (B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of work worth not less than Tk.20.00 ( Twenty ) Lac only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. (C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [ 50(Fifty) Lac] over the last [5(Five)] years (D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 30 ( Thirty ) Lac only, supported by Bank certificate. Bank statement should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender. (E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate (F) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled. Special Instructions: According to ITT clause no. 30.3 , Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected.
