(b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction work as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 03 years. (c) The minimum specific experience as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/ construction technology successfully completed (only public fund ) within the last 10 years each with a value of at least Tk.25.00 Lac (d) The required average annual construction turnover (only public fund ) shall be greater than Tk.10.00 LacÂ over the last 05 (five) years. (e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 8.50 Lac Â
