Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenders as mentioned below: a) Manufacturer Authorization/Dealership/Agencyship Certificate (Form e-PG3 - 5). b) A reputed contractors/ construction firms/ organization/ Authorized agent who have minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of electrical goods and related services. c) Satisfactory completion of supplying , installation,testing and commissioning of similar nature of goods worth not less than Tk. 90 (Ninety) Lac only in a single contract within the last 5 (five) years under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body / Private Organization (in case of private organization , the certificate shall be given by an owner of that organigation ) of Bangladesh. i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer. ii) In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be the Officer of the Organization (not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed . d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 75.00(Seventy five )Lac. e) Update valid Trade License, VAT Certificate,Update income tax clearance certificate from NBR. f) Up- to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from electrical licensing board , Govt. of Bangladesh. g)All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents
