Eligibility of Tenderer :	(A) All tenderers registered in e-GP are eligible to participate in the tender if they are otherwise qualified. (B) Tenderers are qualified as per qualification criteria specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document. (C) All Tender shall be strictly evaluated on the basis of Rule-98(8) ,Rule-98(13) & Rule-98(23) of The Public Procurement Rules 2008 (D) Tenderer's rates must be logical with the Prevailing market price. Otherwise their tender shall not be considered for Evaluation. ( E) If the Quoted Price is more than 10% Less or Above from the Engineer’s Cost Estimate, then the Tender shall not be recommended and shall be rejected. (F) All Tenderer’s must submit Rate Analysis in accordance with RHD Rate Schedule Analysis-2015 or PWD Rate Schedule Analysis-2014 in supporting of their Quoted Rates ,If the Quoted Price is more than 10% Less from the Engineer’s Cost Estimate.
