Eligibility of Tenderer :	Qualification requirements are given in the bidding documents, some, of those, but not, all are given below : Package No. COM/W/RGR-04 a) The average annual construction turnover shall be : greater than taka 375.00( Three hundred seventy five ) lac over the last 5(Five) years. b) Availability of minimum liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities, shall be taka 90.00( Ninety ) lac In case of credit certificate from the bank , specific tender ID No., Package No and Name of Work must be shown in the certificate along with document of credit facilities and credit certificate should be submitted separately for individual package. and c) specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least One contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/ construction technology successfully completed within last 5(Five) years valuing taka 180.00 (one hundred eighty) lac Special Condition a) Work may be dropped, decreased or increased according to Budget allocation or field condition. No claim/extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased/increased quantity of work. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders or annul the tender proceeding. b) The work order will be issued after getting approval of Revised DPP from the competent authority. In this regard no claim what so ever entertained. c) Bill will be paid on availability of fund. no claim what so ever entertained. d) Earth will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost where departmental acquisition land is not available. In this regard no claim what so ever entertained.
