Eligibility of Tenderer :
The Tenderer shall have minimum 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
The Tenderer shall have specific experience for the supply of similar goods of minimum Tk 40,00,000/- (Forty Lakh Taka only) under maximum 2 contracts in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of the amount of Tk. 45,00,000/- (Forty-Five Lakh Taka only).
The Tenderer should have valid trade license, VAT, TIN, 13 digit BIN and Mushak Challan-6.3 as per current VAT Act.
