01.THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED( AS APPLICABLE)
i) Photocopy of valid trade license, current income tax return has been submitted quoting TIN no & valid VAT registration certificate must be submitted.
ii) The Tenderer shall have minimum 01 (one) year experience for supplying similar goods/services and relevant document to be submitted from Govt. Semi-Govt. or reputed hospitality industry with the offer. In case of service renderer/supplier authorization certificate from a poultry firm (egg producer) should be submitted, the poultry firm will ensure supply of egg as per BFCC’s requirement.
iii) Tenderer must have owned/hired delivery van or covered delivery van, processing room etc as well as other related hygienic requirement of BFCC. BFCC will check/verify the above requirement during the tender evaluation and on the basis of satisfactory report, tender will be considered.
iv) Bidder should have sufficient cash flow to supply the tender items throughout the tender period smoothly. As proof of solvency, the bidders shall submit the original copy of recent Bank Statement/certificate (Min. previous 12 month and not older than 15 days from the date of tender opening) showing the minimum liquid assets or credit facilities not less than 10% of the total quoted price (In case of supplier/agent).
v) BFCC may terminate the agreement by serving 30(thirty ) days prior written notice to the 'SUPPLIER' .However ,in the case of gross violation or material breach if any substantial terms of the Agreement,BFCC can terminate the Agreement with immediate effect.
02.The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS).
