Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The tenderer should have recent inclusion certificat from PGCL or enlistment certificate from any other company of Petrobangla under 1.3 or 1.4 or both categories as Gas Pipeline Contractor. 2. The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least one (1) contract of similar nature successfully completed within the last ten (10) years, each with a value of at least Taka Seven (7) Lakh. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Taka Five (5) Lakh over the best five (5) years in the last ten (10) years. 4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Taka Two lac Thirty thousand (2,30,000.00) issued by the bank not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders.
Brief Description of Works :	Gas pipeline installation, pipeline removal/ lifting, Butt welding, Road cutting and temporary Repair, Installation of caching pipes, Mobilization, Tie-in works, Valve-pit Elevation/ construction, Valve-pit maintenance /Painting, Riser shifting, Palasaiding works, Land Development /Earth filing works, pipeline testing etc works.
