Tenderer shall have the following minimum level of supply experience to qualify for supplying the goods and related services under the contract
(a) Five years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services
(b) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of Folding, setting and binding of Diary and printing materials minimum value of Tk 8.00 lac per contract at least 3 (three) contracts within the period of last 5 (five) years (Year 2014-15 to 2018-19)
(c) The tenderer must be registered member of Books Binding Samity of Bangladesh/Bangladesh Mudran Shilpa Samity (Certificate must be submitted)
(d) Properly signed finished SAAO Diary Sample should be submitted to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) AIS Khamarbari Farmgate Dhaka in a sealed envelope before the tender submission deadline
(e) The sealed envelope should be clearly marked Sample SAAO Diary
(f) Quality Finished SAAO Diary sample submitting tenderer will get preference

Stich in three sides of the cover (As per sample)
