The required average annual turnover i.e. total certified work done certificate from public institutes received for contracts in progress of completed from respective procuring entity shall be grater then Total Taka 616215/- over the last 5 years [ 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16,2016-17,2017-2018 ] 7.The minimum amount of credit facilities/liquid Asset of the tenderer shall be Total Taka 140049/- 8.The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: i) Valid Trade License. ii) Vat Registration. iii) TIN Number. iv) Nationality Certificate. v) Business Address. 9. Tenderer will be selected as non-responsive/debar for submission of any fake documents.
