Eligibility of Tenderer :	1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS). 2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years. 3.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Similar works of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.23.00 Lacs. 4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 100.00 lacs.in the last 5 (five) years. 5.The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e credit line(s) as per Form ePW2-7 of the Tenderers shall be Tk.13.00 Lacs. 6.The Tenderer must enclose with Tender : i) Valid Trade License ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate iv) Work program in Bar Chart v) Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. vi) Only Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Avg Annual Construction Turnover. vii) The tenderers must submit a declaration of using steel shutter and props for all kind of RCC works 7) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 29.00 lacs.
