1. As per Tender Data Sheet & ITT
2. The number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be minimum 3 to 5 years.
3. The minimum Specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract of similar nature complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 4,85,00,000.00 (Four Crore Eighty Five Lac only).
4. The required average Annual construction turnover i,e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk 9,70,00,000.00 (None Crore Seventy Lac Taka only) over the last 05 (Five) years.
5. The minimum amount of Liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2,20,00,000.00(Two Crore Twenty lac Taka only)..(Form PW3A-7 Format)
6. The minimum capacity shall be TK. 6,60,00,000.00 (Six Crore Sixty Lac only)
7. The tenderer must fill ACK form which is available in Particular Specification
