Eligibility of Tenderer :	The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature (Carpeting Road) complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least BDT 33.00 Lac time counted from the Date of Tender notice published. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 82.00 Lac over the last 5 (five) years time counted from the Date of Tender notice published. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 27.50 Lac In case of liquid assets, Credit Commitment, statement (print) of bank accounts of the bidder issued within 1 month before bid submission deadline; in case of working capital, the last year audited balance sheet of the bidder; in case of credit facilities, the certificate issued by the bank referencing to this package number should be considered for evaluation.
