Eligibility of Tenderer :	1.Tenderer must have minimum 10 (ten) years experience. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract with a value of at least Tk. 15,00,00,000 (Fifteen crore) or at least 02 (two) contract(s) each with a value of at least Tk. 10,00,00,000 (ten crore) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 220,000,000 (twenty crore) over the last 5 years 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 110,000,000 (Eleven crore). 5. The minimum tender capacity shall be:Tk. 160,000,000 (Sixteen Crore). Tenderer has to submit the doccument rgarding On-Going Works/Current Commitment attached in Section -8 of Tender doccument. Tenderer providing any wrong/misleading/ fabricated information or hiding information regarding On-Going Works/Current Commitment will be liable as per PPR-2008. 6.
