Eligibility of Tenderer :	1.The Tenderer shall have current enlistment certificate of civil construction from Govt./ Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization. 2.The Tenderer shall have satisfactory completion certificates of similar works (Boundary Wall/Building construction/Civil construction works) of at least Tk.1600000 ( Sixteen Lakh ) under single contract over a period of last 05 (five) years. 3.The required average annual construction Turnover greater than Tk.2350000 ( Twenty Three Lakh Fifty Thousand) over the best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) years. 4.Liquid Assets i.e. credit line(s) not less than Tk.1600000 ( Sixteen Lakh ) issued by the bank not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of e-Tender.
