1. All the tenderers/firms must be registered with CPTU through e-GP portal.
2. All individual(s)/firm(s)/ who fulfill the qualification(s) criteria as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) except the firm that has been determined to be ineligible by BWDB or any other government organization.
Special Instruction:
a) Work order will be issued on the basis of sanction estimate, budgetary provision and after getting clearance from the competent authority thereof for which no claim will be accepted.
b) the works should be completed within the stipulated time period. Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No extra claim or extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.
c) The Tenderers will visit and examine the Site with his own responsibility and expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender document and entering into a Contract for execution of the works.
d) Liquid asset certificate may be submitted in the prescribed format attached in section 7 (General Specification).
e) The Technical Specification should be followed according to Description of Item in Bill of Quantity (BoQ) as well as necessary information from TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION FOR CIVIL WORKS , First Edition -1995 , Bangladesh Water Development Board attached in section 7 (General Specifications).
