* The tenderer should submit the certificate of followings.
i) VAT/BIN registration
ii) Up to date income tax Certificate.
iii) Up to date Trade license
iv) Nationality Certificate.
* The Tenderers must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
* Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading.
* Carrying cost of Vehicles/Equipment’s (Loading & Unloading) is not included in the estimated cost. Therefor the Contractor/Suppliers must contact with respective Division for performing the work on site where applicable under supervision of Engineering in Charge.

NB:
* The Tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing information regarding the tender.
* If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.
* The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according the recommendation of TEC.
