1. The tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract and have not been declared ineligible by any competent authority.
2. The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 (five) years over all Experience.
3. The Tenderer shall be the manufacturer/authorized dealer/distributor/reseller/Authorized partner/ bonafide supplier.
4. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum (two) numbers of supply contract of similar type of goods and related services within last 3 (three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. Completion Certificate must be submit with bid documents.
5. Tenderer should have work experience on Network security solutions minimum 70% of quoted price under a single contract. Completion Certificate must be submit with bid documents.
6. Tenderer must be submit Manufacturer Authorization letter.
7. Tenderer should have adequate engineer who have capability for after sales, support services.
8. Availability of minimum liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities from a Bank of BDT 1.5 (one point five) Crore Taka. Documents should submit with bid documents.
9. The bidder must propose OEM warranty service for 03 (Three) years.
10. All types of switches, Wireless controller & Access Point must be from same OEM
11. All passive (Copper + Fiber) products must be from same OEM
