Eligibility of Tenderer :	(a) Successful completion of minimum Tk. 16.00 lakh of Repair, Carpeting & Seal Coat work in a single contract in the last 5 (five) years preceding date of submission of the tender. (b) The required average annual construction work turnover minimum Tk. 35.00 lakh in the best 3 (three) years of last 5 (five) years preceding date of submission of the tender. Necessary supporting documents (Only Payment Certificate) shall must be submitted along with the tender for calculating Annual Construction Turnover. (c) The minimum amount of Free Funds (Liquid Assets) and or Credit Facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 lakh. Necessary documents of bank statement/saving instruments/ line of credit showing the amount shall be submitted along with the tender by the tenderer.
