Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation of tender is open to all eligible tenderer as mentioned bellow : (A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in similar nature of works. (B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of supply and installation of 100 KVA generator with value of Tk. 50 lac in single tender submitted by tenderer in Bangladesh of Govt./semi govt./autonomous bodies/organization during last 5(five) years. (C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of 100 (one hundred) lac with necessary supporting documents from the concerned authorities(work certificate) shall be submitted with the tender. (D)The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.60 (sixty) lac. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW3-7), without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty Eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract. (E) Up-to-dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate. (F) Up-to dated ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
