The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
(a) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01(one) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1,50,00,000.00
The minimum number of contracts will depend upon the size and type of construction work, and the PE should make its own judgment based upon its experience in the sector and construction industry. For example, for large works, it could be one (1) contract of similar nature during the last five (5) years.
Financial Year: 2014-2015, 2015-2016, 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019.
(b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 6,50,00,000.00 over the last five (5) years. Only Payment certificate or Income Tax Certificate from National Board of Revenue will be consider as annual construction turnover.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 40,00,000.00
In case of credit facilities tenderer must submit certificate in the form attached with tender document.
Special Condition: Tenderer must have own Asphalt Plant. Otherwise tenderer shall be summarily rejected.
Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected as per ITT Clause 43.3
