The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 7.75 lac (Seven lac seventy five thousand) best 5 (five) years over the last 10 (ten) years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk 6.50 lac (Six lac fifty thousand)..
