A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 12.50 lac (Twelve lac fifty thousand) under max. 4( four) number of contract(s) over a period of last 10 (ten) years shall be required. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 7.50 lac (Seven lac fifty thousand) best 5 (five) years over the last 10 (ten) years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk 6.20 lac (Six lac twenty thousand).
